Trainees are attached to this work programme as part of a mobile work crew that provides recycling services by collecting newspaper and other recyclables from houses and companies. Items that can be sold of restored for sale are retained for our thrift shop whereas others are sold off to recyclers. This project offers opportunities for our trainees to develop social skills in interacting with the public during their collection rounds.
