Food & Beverage (F&B) Programme

Trainees are encouraged to take part in various aspects of the work from food preparation, baking, presentation, cashiering, hygiene monitoring and maintenance. This program me facilitates the trainees’ development in all areas of this fast paced environment, creating opportunities to transfer such skills to potential external employment.

This project provides opportunities for social inclusion as they meet and interact with customers, serve and take orders in our cafe.

CafeHeart Cafe operates from 8.00am to 3.00pm from Monday to Friday and provides a good learning environment to our trainees to help raise funds for our centre. Besides, they are given time to practice their work skills.
